This gem of a holiday home was the result of a collusion between those clever designers at Arronbrook and Bridlington Caravans who used their experience to produce a high spec home from home at a terrific price. Positioned in Low Meadows 1 it overlooks the stream which runs through this area and provides a very relaxing backdrop.
At the back of the static is the main bedroom, consisting of a large double bed with bedside tables and overhead storage. There are two, good sized wardrobes framing a vanity unit with mirror and desktop. In addition, the bedroom has its own door into the main bathroom. The second bedroom consists of twin beds, a large wardrobe, further overhead storage and a shared bedside table. Opposite the second bedroom is another door into the main bathroom. This consists of a large shower, WC, washbasin with a mirrored storage cabinet above and a ladder radiator for towels. Moving into the “u” shaped kitchen, there is a four hob gas cooker with extractor above, a grill and oven . There is a built in fridge freezer and microwave along with plenty of worktop space and the usual assortment of drawers and cupboards adding up to loads of storage ! Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious dining area consisting of a round dining table and four material covered chairs.
The open and airy lounge has very comfortable wrap around seating, big enough to seat six adults comfortably . It has a pull out out bed and a flame effect electric fire with shelving below. There is a TV station with drawers for further storage and a coffee table. All in all a very comfortable living space !
Outside there is a large veranda with steps leading down to your own private parking space . The veranda is large enough to accommodate a substantial dining table and chairs for that all important alfresco dining so loved(and essential) to the owners at Wayside !
