The Arronbrook Opale is a 2 year old nearly new holiday home which has been lovingly cared for by its present owners. Perfect for those who like peace and quiet , the Opale is a closed lounge static where you can switch off from the outside world, shut the door and savour some solitude !!
At the rear of the holiday home is the spacious and well proportioned main bedroom. It consists of a large double bed, overhead storage, bedside tables, a large wardrobe and vanity unit with mirror and stool. There is a door from the main bedroom into the en-suite consisting of a WC and basin. Next door is the second bedroom consisting of twin beds, further overhead storage, a bed side table with additional wardrobe and mirror. There is a large family bathroom across the hall consisting of a large shower cubicle with a sliding glass screen door, a second WC and white basin with a cabinet above and below for further storage. Cooking is never a chore in the Opale and eating is always a pleasure in the spacious kitchen dining area. The well appointed kitchen benefits from two clear zones, the L shaped cooking and preparation area is packed with appliances including a fridge, side by side freezer, and integrated microwave and four hob gas cooker. When it is time to eat the circular dining table with its four chairs and cloth covered seats provides the perfect space as it is tucked away in a quiet corner, ideal for breakfast , lunch and dinner.
The lounge is centred around the flame – effect fireplace and mantelpiece, and is furnished with attractive free standing sofas (one three seater and one two seater), there is a TV station with further shelving, a coffee table and a corner open presentation cabinet. It has large windows at the front which let in oodles of light making this a very relaxing space !
Outside there is a large verandah facing west with room for a large dining table essential for those al-fresco meals we so love at Wayside ! It also has a gate leading down to the private car park.
All in all this is a terrific holiday home and so practically new that it has hardly got the wrapper off !! It is in great condition and has been well looked after, ready to walk into to start your holiday home career at Wayside. Please ring to book an appointment to view !
