Arronbrook Topaz Used 2011

The Topaz is a cracking little (not so little actually !!) holiday home from those clever people at Arronbrook caravans in Hull. Although a 2011 van it is in fantastic condition and is ready to move into straightaway ! Positioned in Low Meadows 6 pitch 25A it has a lovely outlook over the well groomed gardens which feature in this area of the park.
The holiday home itself has a main bedroom with a large double bed, two large wardrobes and plenty of overhead storage, it also has an aerial connection for a bedroom TV. The second bedroom consists of twin beds with a sharing bedside table, a further small wardrobe and more overhead storage. The family sized bathroom consists of a large shower, washbasin (with mirrored cabinet above), WC, and ladder radiator for towels.
The “u” shaped kitchen has miles of worktop space with plenty of cupboard and drawer capacity underneath. There is a four hob gas cooker(with extractor above) a grill and oven and a microwave and also a small fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen there is the dining area consisting of a rectangular dining table with bench seats.
The lounge area has wrap around seating to accommodate six adults comfortably, underneath which, is a pull out bed for occasional visitors !! There is also a gas fire and TV station with further storage . Overall the living area is large and airy and is perfect for whiling away the hours looking over the gardens outside and contemplating not a lot really !!
Outside there is space for a small verandah(optional extra) and as the holiday home lies east /west you will get the sun for most of the day making it great for al-fresco dining, a mainstay, of life at Wayside !!
