Those clever people at Bridlington based Carnaby Caravans came up with a cracker when they designed this Lodge ! At 40′ x 13′ this is a giant of a holiday home with loads of space and a very airy atmosphere generated by the number and size of windows especially the panoramic surrounds of the large French doors at the front of the Lodge which give a great view of the Lakes.
The main bedroom which is situated at the rear of the Holiday Home consists of a large double bed with padded headboard and bedside tables with lights either side . It has a large walk in wardrobe with an assorted hanging space with copious drawers etc. There is a large vanity unit with stool and a long mirror. Leading off from the main bedroom is the en-suite bathroom consisting of a large shower, designer basin with bathroom cabinets above and below, WC and mirror. The second bedroom is a good size with twin beds, again with padded headboards also wardrobe and drawers underneath . There is also a bedside table .
Moving into the main corridor there is the door to the main family bathroom. This consists again of a good sized shower, a basin, a further WC with storage cupboards and mirror above the basin with additional lighting. From here we move into the large kitchen consisting of a four hob gas cooker, an extractor, a fridge freezer and microwave, there are extensive worktops with two large cupboards and three drawers for further storage. There are also two cabinets with glass fronts for glass storage etc. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a large rectangular table and four leather clad dining chairs.
The lounge area is a fantastic space with panoramic windows surrounding the French doors which not only allow a great view of the lake but also provide access out onto the spectacular verandah. The lounge furniture consists of a double settee and a matching single reclining chair and a further armchair. There is a coffee table, an extensive TV station with storage and an electric fire . There are a couple of display cabinets with shelving and mirrored backs. All the windows have had beautiful blinds installed which add a certain class to the interior and make for a terrific space !!
Leading out from the French doors you step onto the amazing verandah with its glass surround frontage and post and wire down to the side entrance door and eventually down onto the private carpark. The 170 sq foot verandah is more than adequate for a large dining table and seating to allow for that all important alfresco dining so loved by our Wayside owners !
