This is a fantastic chance to acquire a terrific holiday home in a prime spot on the famous Wayside Lakes area of the park . The Willerby Sheraton is a terrific Lodge from the foremost manufacturer of Holiday Homes in the UK and is in mint condition at 3 years old (the owner is reluctantly selling due to bereavement). Situated in its own little inlet it has views right across the lakes and yet is set back giving the owners a degree of privacy.
The main bedroom consists of a queen size double bed with storage underneath, overhead shelving and bed side tables with drawers and a further chest of drawers. In addition there is also a vanity unit with mirror and stool. Behind the main bedroom and to the left of the bed is the en-suite bathroom with large shower, WC and basin . Behind and to the right of the bed is a walk -in wardrobe with shelving and hanging space . The second bedroom is large with twin beds, further overhead storage, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. Across the corridor from the second bedroom is the family bathroom. This consists of a large shower, a second WC , a wash basin with storage underneath and mirror.
Moving into the main living area of the Lodge we have the large kitchen which has miles of worktop space, all the appliances you will ever need including a 4 hob gas cooker with grill and oven, extractor fan, built in fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and built in microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a large rectangular dining table and four cloth covered chairs.
In the large and airy lounge we have two by two seater settees, a large footstool, a faux fireplace and mantelpiece with shelving for books. In addition to central heating throughout the lodge there is an electric imitation log burner which gives a warm and gently glow to the lounge area. There is also a TV station with further storage. There are a set of French doors which lead onto the magnificent veranda which looks out over the lakes and is large enough for a substantial dining table for that all important al-fresco ding so loved by the lakes residents !
All in all this is a terrific Holiday Home in a prime position on the lakes area and I’m sure will not be around for long ! Please contact us to make an appointment to view.
