We have just been given instructions to put this Willerby Sierra up for sale and what a beauty !! This holiday home is in immaculate condition and belies the fact that it is 9 years old coming on to the site in 2015. It has been lovingly cared for by its present owners (who have had it from new) and is a snip at the asking price . Not only that, the present owners are leaving everything including crockery and cutlery, the BBQ and verandah furniture, in fact everything you need to move straight in and start enjoying Wayside.
The main bedroom is situated at the back of this 37′ long static and comes with a large double bed with bedside tables, plenty of overhead storage and a large wardrobe to boot ! There is a large vanity unit with mirror, it also comes with an en-suite WC and wash hand basin . There is a second bedroom with twin beds, further overhead storage , a bedside table and wardrobe.
Off the main corridor is the main family bathroom which consists of a further WC, large shower, and hand basin. Below this is a large bathroom cabinet with further cupboard storage on the side wall. Over the basin is a large mirror. We then move into the living area of the holiday home which consists of the ‘U’ shaped kitchen . This has a four hob gas cooker with grill and oven and extractor unit above. There is a fridge freezer with built in microwave along with plenty of cupboard and worktop space. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area consisting of a large rectangular dining table and four chairs.
Moving in to the large and airy lounge there is wrap around seating, enough for four adults to sit comfortably and underneath this there is the pull out bed. There is a large coffee table and TV station with further storage. Next to this is the electric fire surrounded by an attractive fireplace with shelving and drawers. Moving outside there is a large verandah with gate and steps down to the car park perfect for those balmy evenings where alfresco dining is the priority . The verandah faces west so is great for evening sun !!
All in all this is a spectacular package, with a beautifully looked after holiday home, a fantastic outside space and as the owners are just about leaving everything, it is perfect for someone to walk in and start to enjoy everything Wayside provides !!
